| Did they give you any response yet as to if they are considering the request or not? If not, We are not going to be selling them for profit per-say. So if it is non-profit and for the clan I don't think they will mind. Its not violating their ToS or EULA if we do it after the game's official release. | |

Unfortunately, if you try to sell something that uses copyrighted material, you'd be prime for legal action by Sony -- that includes assets and trademarked names;
If you really wanted to do something like that, you should consult a lawyer to see what they'd think would be the safest way to go about making t-shirts for your clan | |
